Mrs. Nway Nway Soe earns her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Chulalongkorn University of Thailand and has been learning continuously on business administration after graduation. She has spent the previous 5 years investing in tourism industry with the passion to keep Myanmar's tourism industry abreast with neighboring countries. Meanwhile, she holds the director of business development position not only for AGM Travels & Tours Myanmar but also for Over Chill Travel Thailand Co.,Ltd. project. She has also worked as an economic policy advisor for a German foundation called Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the Ministry of Industry Myanmar in its work for the development of SMEs in Myanmar. ဒေါ်နွေးနွေးစိုးသည် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ ချူလာလွန်ကွန်းတက္ကသိုလ် မှ စီးပွားရေးဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ. ရရှိခဲ့ပြီးနောက် စီးပွားရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ဘာသာရပ်ကို လေ့လာလျှက် ရှိပါသည်။ လွန်ခဲ့သော ၅နှစ်မှစပြီး ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းတွင် စတင် ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံကာ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းကို လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ယခုအခါတွင် AGM ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံရှိ Over Chill ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် Director of Business Development တာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။ သူမသည် ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံ အခြေစိုက် Friedrich Naumann Foundation နှင့် စက်မှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန တို.ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သော အသေးစားနှင့် အလတ်စား လုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများ အတွက် စီးပွားရေးအကြံပေး အဖြစ်လည်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင် ခဲ့ပါသည်။
