U Tun Min Oo is working at the Forum of Federations Myanmar Office as Program Manager. He earned bachelor degree at the University of Medicine Mandalay in 2011. In 2017, he completed Master of Public Policy at KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Korea. As a professional fellow, he went to the United States of America for six weeks in 2019 to learn state and local finance system of the US. He also attended Professional Fellows Congress in Washington DC which is conducted in November 2019. His areas of interest include fiscal federalism, intergovernmental relations, and decentralization in health, education, and social welfare sectors in federal systems. He has copy-edited several translated versions of publications related to federalism and decentralization such as “Introduction to Federalism” and “Fiscal Federalism: A Comparative Introduction” by George Anderson. He is experienced in working with stakeholders in Myanmar including Hluttaw institutions and Civil Society Organizations.   ဦးထွန်းမင်းဦးသည် ဖက်ဒရယ်နိုင်ငံများ ဖိုရမ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရုံးတွင် အစီအစဉ်မန်နေဂျာ အဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။ ဆေးတက္ကသိုလ် (မန္တလေး) တွင် ဆေးပညာ သင်ကြားခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၁၁ တွင် MBBS ဘွဲ့ကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ Sejong မြို့ရှိ KDI School of Public Policy and Management တွင် Master of Public Policy သင်ယူခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်တွင် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု၊ ဝါရှင်တန်ပြည်နယ်သို့ “ပြည်နယ် နှင့် ဒေသန္တရ အစိုးရများ၏ ဘဏ္ဍာရေး” ကို ခြောက်ပတ်ကြာ သွားရောက် လေ့လာခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဖက်ဒရယ် ဘဏ္ဍာရေး စနစ်၊ အစိုးရများအကြား ဆက်ဆံရေး၊ ပညာရေး နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေး ကဏ္ဍများတွင် ဗဟိုချုပ်ကိုင်မှု လျှော့ချခြင်း တို့ကို အထူးစိတ်ဝင်စား လေ့လာလျက် ရှိပါသည်။ George Anderson ရေးသားသော “Introduction to Federalism” ၊ “Fiscal Federalism: A Comparative Introduction” အပါအဝင် ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ် နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော စာအုပ်၊ စာတမ်းများကို ဘာသာပြန်၊ တည်းဖြတ်ထားပါသည်။
