A devoted training facilitator with the experiences of delivering training for federalism, peace, civic education, voter education and personality development over 7 years. Joshua has undertaken several training and involved in many programs to help support the reforming and democratization process of the Country. His keen interest in political and social affairs get him involved in this transitional period as an educator and has been sharing the knowledge and skills in the communities to get people engage and understand the political transformation. He has been working with the youth, community leaders, various stakeholders and other international organizations with the purpose of educating and currently undertaking as the professional and freelance training facilitator at Paññā Institute. ဦးယောရှုသည် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဝိသေသများ၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာများ၊ ပြည်သူ့နီတိသင်ခန်းစာများ၊ မဲဆန္ဒရှင်အသိပညာပေးလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ကိုယ်ရည်ကိုယ်သွေးမြှင့်တင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်များအား ၇ နှစ်ကျော်ကြာ အာရုံနစ်မြုပ် ဝေမျှပို့ချနေသော အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသည့် သင်တန်းပို့ချသူတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သည်။ သူသည် နိုင်ငံတော်ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးနှင့် ဒီမိုကရေစီဖြစ်စဉ်ကူးပြောင်းရေးတို့တွင် ပါဝင်အားဖြည့်ရန်ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် စီမံကိန်းများ၊ သင်တန်းများစွာတို့တွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သည်။ နိုင်ငံရေး၊ လူမှုရေးကိစ္စရပ်များပေါ် သူ၏စိတ်ဝင်စား ထက်သန်မှုကြောင့် နိုင်ငံကူးပြောင်းရေးအခြေအနေတွင် ပညာမျှဝေသူတစ်ဦးအဖြစ်ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပြီး အသိပညာနှင့် အရည်အသွေးများကို လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အတွင်းမျှဝေကာ ပြည်သူလူထုများ နိုင်ငံကူးပြောင်းရေးဖြစ်စဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်စေခဲ့သည်။ လူငယ်များ၊ လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းထဲမှ ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် အတူတကွလုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအခါ ပညာအင်စတီကျုတွင် အလွတ် သင်တန်းပို့ချသူအဖြစ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။
