Su Lei Naing has graduated from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, specialized subject was Computer Science, B.C.Sc at 2011 and B.C.Sc (Honor) at 2012. She has got a diploma of anthropology (DAE) in Yangon University at 2017. She worked as a training manager at Myanmar Egress Capacity Development Centre. Her specialized environments are civic education trainer, political ideology trainer and especially dialogue and process design facilitator. And she also have a lot of knowledge that research methodology practices. Further, she have experienced at Documenter on meeting minutes of the workshop and forum .Now, she is the freelance trainer and also facilitator at Paññā Institute. သူမသည် ရန်ကုန်ကွန်ပျူတာတက္ကသိုလ်တွင် ကွန်ပျူတာသိပ္ပံဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ၂၀၁၁ခုနှစ်တွင် B.C.Sc ဘွဲ့၊ ၂၀၁၂ခုနှစ်တွင် B.C.Sc( Hons: )ဘွဲ့ကို ရရှိခဲ့သည်။ ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်တွင် မနုဿဗေဒဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် D.A.E ဘွဲ့ကိုရရှိခဲ့သည်။ Myanmar Egress Capacity Development Centerတွင် သင်တန်းစီစဉ်ရေးမန်နေဂျာ ရာထူးဖြင့် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ သူမ၏ အထူးပြုနယ်ပယ်များဖြစ်သော နိုင်ငံသားအသိပညာပေး ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဆိုင်ရာဆက်စပ်တွေးခေါ်မှုဖြစ်စဉ်များတွင် သင်တန်းနည်းပြအဖြစ် အသိပညာများဝေမျှလျှက်ရှိသည်။ ထို့အပြင် စကားဝိုင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်း၊ အပြန်အလှန်ယုံကြည်မှုတည်ဆောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲခြင်းဆိုင်ရာဖြစ်စဉ်များတွင်လည်း ပံ့ပိုးကူညီသူတစ်ယောက်အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။ သူမသည် သုတေသနဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့်ပတ်သတ်၍လည်း မေးခွန်းတည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊ အင်တာဗျူးခြင်းနှင့် စာရင်းပြုစုခြင်းအစရှိသည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များနှင့်လည်း ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်မှုရှိသည်။ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ ဖိုရမ်များနှင့် စကားဝိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲများတွင်လည်း မှတ်တမ်း အသေးစိတ်မှတ်သားသူ အဖြစ်လည်း လုပ်ဆောင်လျှက်ရှိသည်။ ယခုလက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် သူမသည် သင်တန်းနည်းပြတဖြစ်လဲ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီသူအဖြစ် ပညာအင်စတီကျုတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
