Nan Khaing Sandar Lwin, after acquiring a bachelor in Nursing at the University of Nursing in Yangon, earned a diploma in Public Management (University of Toulouse, France). She worked as a language instructor at UMFCCI, civic education trainer and Scholarship resource center Manager at Myanmar Egress. Being a proactive citizen, Nan participated in Election monitoring and Voting Education Groups organized by Ecodev Myanmar. Nan Joined the research project called “Once the Buddha was a Girl” by Department of Religious Study, University of Toronto, Canada as a research assistant. Nan has passion on sustainable SMEs development for country’s economic growth. In 2014, she got Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affair Scholarship to study MBA in Asia Institute of Technology, Thailand. After earning MBA in Finance and Strategy, currently, she is working as Associate Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Local Leading bank, which innovatively introduces the products and opportunities to local fast growing small and medium enterprises. Meanwhile she is working as the part time Financial Management lecturer at Panna Institute, currently one of the dynamic civic education institutions in Yangon, training young academics in Social Science, Management and Language. She is also a Personal and Professional Development lecturer at local leading private engineering college. ဒေါ်နန်းခိုင်စန္ဒာလွင်သည် သူနာပြုတက္ကသိုလ် (ရန်ကုန်) မှ B.N.Sc ဘွဲ့ ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံ Toulouse တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ပေးအပ်သော Publice Management ကို ဒီပလိုမာ ရယူခဲ့ပငါသည်။ Myanmar Egress နှင့် UMFCCI တို့တွင် English ဘာသာစကား နည်းပြအဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး Ecodev (Myanmar) က ပြုလုပ်သော ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ စောင့်ကြည့်လေ့လာရေးတွင်လည်း တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံ University of Toronto မှ ပြုလုပ်သော “ဗုဒ္ဓသာမိန်းကလေး ဖြစ်ခဲ့လျှင်” ခေါင်းစဉ် သုတေသနစားတမ်းတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကိုယ်စားပြုအနေဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင် ပြုစုခဲ့သည်။ ၂ဝ၁၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် နော်ဝေးအစိုးရမှ ပေးအပ်သော ပညာသင်ဆုရရှိကာ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ AIT တက္ကသိုလ်တွင် စီးပွားရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့လွန်ရရှိခဲ့သည်။ ယခုအခါ ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုတွင် Assistant Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis) အဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူ လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိပါပြီး တစ်ချိန်တည်းတွင် Paññā Institute တွင် ငွေကြေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း ဘာသာရပ်ကို သင်ကြားပို့ချလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
